PRESIDENT

Kevin M. Fogel

Since February 2002, Kevin M. Fogel has served as President of KMF Property Group, Inc. Starting in June 1998, he served as President of Alkeda Corporation (the predecessor of KMF Property Group, Inc.). During the preceeding ten years (May 1988 to June 1998), he served as Corporate Secretary and General Manager of Alkeda Corporation.

Mr. Fogel is currently serving his fourth consecutive term on the Board of Directors of the Long Island City Business Development Corporation (LICBDC) as well as serving his fourth consecutive term as a member of the LICBDC Planning and Area Development Committee. Most recently, he was appointed to serve on the LICBDC - BID Committee, which will oversee the establishment of the Long Island City Business Improvement District.

He is an active member of the NYU Master of Science in Real Estate Alumni Association as well as the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the Program Committee for ULI's New York District Council.

Mr. Fogel has fourteen years of experience in commercial property management, has worked as a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and has published numerous articles in various nationally-circulated real estate newsletters and magazines.

In May 2003, Mr. Fogel earned a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Investment and Development at New York University's Real Estate Institute. During that time, he served as President of the NYU Real Estate Student Association and represented the interests of more than 400 graduate and undergraduate students. He received the NYU President's Service Award for Leadership, and the Distinguished Service Award presented by Lambda Alpha International (an Honorary Land Economics Society). In 1998, Mr. Fogel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, cum laude, from Hofstra University's Frank G. Zarb School of Business. He also served as Vice President of the Golden Key National Honor Society and received the Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges Award.
