Kevin M. Fogel has more than twenty-five years of experience in the ownership and management of commercial and industrial properties. As President, he oversees the company’s day-to-day operations including the acquisition, disposition, marketing, leasing, management, capital improvement, and maintenance of each property.

Mr. Fogel has published more than 30 articles in various real estate newsletters and magazines, and continues to serve as a frequent contributor and author. These publications are widely read by property owners, asset managers, property managers, security directors, consultants, leasing personnel, and real estate attorneys throughout the United States. From 1999 to 2008, Mr. Fogel served as a Director of the Long Island City Business Development Corporation (LICBDC), which manages the largest in-place industrial park in New York City (more than 900 acres) and represents the interests of more than 2,600 local businesses. During that time, he served as a member of the Planning and Area Development Committee and as a member of the Real Estate Committee. And, from 2006 to 2008, he served as a Director (as well as a founding member) of the Long Island City Business Improvement District and as a member of its Program and Services Committee. In addition, he served as a member of the Transportation Committee of Community Board No. 2, which represented, among other areas, Long Island City.

In 2003, Mr. Fogel earned a Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment and Development from New York University. While attending the program, he served as President of the NYU Real Estate Student Association (and as Chairperson of the By-Laws Committee), where he represented the interests of more than 400 students enrolled in the real estate and construction management degree programs. In 1998, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (with honors) from Hofstra University’s Frank G. Zarb School of Business, and in 1996, earned an Associate in Science degree in Business Administration (with high honors) from Nassau Community College. Click here for full biography

Mr. Fogel’s wife, Ellen, served as a senior attorney at a major law firm in New York City where she specialized in high-level real estate finance, especially collateral mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). Both are active in the Oceanside community.
