OUR CURRENT PROPERTIES AND TENANTS

Our current portfolio consists of an office building in Huntington, a strip retail center in Greenlawn, and a shopping center in Bethpage. These properties are owned, respectively, by KMF Property Group, Inc. (a New York corporation), 247 Broadway Commons LLC (a Delaware limited liability company), and 597-611 Hicksville Road LLC (a Delaware limited liability company). All operations are centrally managed through one office allowing us to respond efficiently to the needs of our existing tenants, prospective tenants, vendors and contractors.
