We realize that our relationships with them are "symbiotic" in that both parties can mutually benefit through open channels of communication, responsiveness, fairness and respect. From our perspective, we are “a business partner” with each of our tenants and we work hard to ensure their continued success at our properties.
OUR HISTORY
The company was incorporated in 1982 with the name Alkeda Corporation. In 2001, the name was changed to KMF Property Group, Inc. to reflect the complete buyout of corporate stock by the current owner Kevin M. Fogel. For many years, the company owned and managed 10 industrial properties in Long Island City, New York. These properties were recently sold to take advantage of favorable market conditions and the high demand for development sites for luxury condominiums.
